Roger Davis joined Revint as Chief Executive Officer, bringing over 30 years of healthcare industry experience to the role. As CEO, Roger is responsible for providing the long-term strategic vision for the company – with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivering innovative tech-enabled solutions that help healthcare organizations recover underpaid or unidentified revenue.
Prior to joining Revint, Roger was President and CEO of T-System, where he expanded the company as an innovator in emergency medicine and led the company’s transformation and successful sale to FNFV Group, the investment arm of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNFV).
Kyle Hicok is the President and General Manager of Revint, bringing over 17 years of healthcare industry experience with revenue cycle operations to the role. As President, Kyle leads solution execution and operations, overseeing the product implementation and customer service for all solutions.
Prior to Revint, Kyle was responsible for multi-state revenue cycle operations, national consulting and shared service operations, and general management of revenue cycle technology and services organization.
Frank Forte joined Revint as Chief Revenue Officer, bringing 18 years of combined experience in Health IT, Industrial, and Technology sectors. His strategic vision has resulted in rapid growth and market leading positioning. At Revint, Frank is responsible for defining and executing the company’s growth strategy.
Before joining Revint, Frank was Chief Business Development Officer at TVR Communications, the KLAS Category Leader for Interactive Patient Systems. Prior to TVR Communications, Frank was Chief Marketing Officer for Rockwood Holdings, and held executive roles in various divisions of Emerson Electric Corporation.
Jennifer Hall joined Revint as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 20 years of experience in healthcare, financial leadership, strategic and operational leadership, mergers and acquisitions and analytics. Jennifer has served as a financial executive for multiple organizations in healthcare including payers, providers, healthcare services, analytics, and healthcare technology.
Prior to Revint, Jennifer served as Chief Financial Officer at PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Atlanta, GA, where she delivered strategic, financial, operational, HR, and technology leadership for the multi-state physical therapy practice.
Sowri Krishnan joined Revint as the Chief Technology Officer and has over 20 years of extensive experience building and directing global business and technology operations. As Chief Technology Officer, Sowri is responsible for all Security, Engineering/Development and Infrastructure.
Sowri’s experience spans across multiple countries, where he launched and managed operations and delivered business and technology solutions. He is a leader who encourages performance by mentoring and equipping teams for success and inspires creativity through the encouragement of entrepreneurial pursuits and cross-team collaboration.
Chris Jones joined Revint as Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing over 20 years of progressive experience in professional services firms, with focused expertise in human capital and operations leadership. As CHRO, Chris is responsible for the management and direction of human capital programs. He is focused on strengthening employee engagement at the company as well as its customer-first culture. Prior to joining Revint, Chris spent over eight years as a Managing Director at FTI Consulting where he was a demonstrated leader in Human Resources and Business and Sales Operations.
