Lee Rivas

Chief Executive Officer

Lee Rivas joined Revint as the Chief Executive Officer, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience in technology and healthcare. Prior to joining Revint, Lee served as a senior leader at RELX, a global provider of information analytics solutions and most recently served as CEO of all Healthcare and Public Sector businesses across the LexisNexis Risk Solutions and Elsevier Divisions. During Lee’s tenure, he drove significant new market expansion in healthcare, ramped up capabilities around analytics offerings, and improved technology automation.

Lee began his career as an officer in the U.S. Army where he held several leadership positions in the U.S. and abroad. Lee is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Jennifer Williams

Jennifer Williams

Chief Financial Officer

Jennifer Williams is the Chief Financial Officer and has over 20 years of progressive financial leadership across various data analytics and technology businesses.  Most recently, Jennifer served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Corporate functions for Change Healthcare.  During her tenure, she led the financial integration of the Change Healthcare and McKesson joint venture and the subsequent Initial Public Offering of the company. 

Prior to Change Healthcare, she was the corporate controller and global finance leader at First Advantage.  In addition, she held various leadership positions at ChoicePoint and LexisNexis Risk Solutions, and began her career with Ernst & Young.  She received her Bachelor’s degree and Masters of Accountancy degree from Auburn University and is a Certified Public Accountant. 


Kyle Hicok

President and General Manager

Kyle Hicok is the President and General Manager of Revint, bringing over 17 years of healthcare industry experience with revenue cycle operations to the role. As President, Kyle leads solution execution and operations, overseeing the product implementation and customer service for all solutions.

Prior to Revint, Kyle was responsible for multi-state revenue cycle operations, national consulting and shared service operations, and general management of revenue cycle technology and services organization.

Kristina Bourke COO

Chief Operating Officer

Kristina Bourke is the Chief Operating Officer and has over 20 years of experience leading tech-enabled businesses. Prior to joining Revint, Kristina served as Group Senior Vice President of Strategic Sourcing Partnerships and Programs for Vizient, a leader in healthcare services. During her tenure, Kristina drove the development and management of sourcing and supply chain strategies across healthcare.

Kristina began her career with GE where she held several leadership positions in services and supply chain. Prior to Vizient, she served as the General Manager of GE’s Healthcare IT business across the Americas.  Kristina graduated from Penn State University with a Mechanical Engineering degree and holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business.


Frank Forte

Chief Revenue Officer

Frank Forte is the Chief Revenue Officer for Revint, bringing over 20 years of experience in healthcare, manufacturing, and technology. His strategic vision has resulted in rapid growth and market leading positioning. At Revint, Frank is responsible for defining and executing the company’s growth strategy.

Before joining Revint, Frank was Chief Business Development Officer at TVR Communications, the KLAS category leader for interactive patient systems. Prior to TVR, Frank held executive roles in business development, operations, and strategy for various divisions of Emerson Electric Corporation. Frank graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and holds an MBA from Rensselaer.



Chief Technology Officer

Sowri Krishnan joined Revint as the Chief Technology Officer and has over 20 years of extensive experience building and directing global business and technology operations. As Chief Technology Officer, Sowri is responsible for all Security, Engineering/Development and Infrastructure.

Sowri’s experience spans across multiple countries, where he launched and managed operations and delivered business and technology solutions. He is a leader who encourages performance by mentoring and equipping teams for success and inspires creativity through the encouragement of entrepreneurial pursuits and cross-team collaboration.



Chief Human Resources Officer

Chris Jones joined Revint as Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing over 20 years of progressive experience in professional services firms, with focused expertise in human capital and operations leadership. As CHRO, Chris is responsible for the management and direction of human capital programs. He is focused on strengthening employee engagement at the company as well as its customer-first culture. Prior to joining Revint, Chris spent over eight years as a Managing Director at FTI Consulting where he was a demonstrated leader in Human Resources and Business and Sales Operations.
